The Power of Sisterhood is an opportunity to explore what sisterhood means in daily life. Knock gently, enter in, and catch a glimpse of God's heart through the stories of women who have chosen sisterhood.
 
You've probably already met some of the individuals presented in this Bible study—women who choose to remain with, invest in, and bless one another despite the challenges. These women are both from the Bible and contemporary life. We meet them at different points, both at life-changing junctures and in everyday places. We learn from how they decide to be there for one another.
 
Join as we enter these sacred and not-so-perfect spaces to learn about God's heart for women in real relationship with one another.
 
Author: Alma Ovalle is a wife, mother of three young adults, writer, speaker, educator, and translator. She is passionate about women's ministry, communication, and leadership development. She has earned a B.A. and M.A. in communication as well as certificates through Mennonite Education Agency's Anabaptist Learning Institue and Instituto Biblico Anabautista.
 
Alma has taught English and Spanish at many grade levels and worked with high school leadership teams directing student ministries. She has served on the boards for the Southeast Mennonite Women, Iglesia Menonita Hispana Mennonite Women CFHM, and MC USA Mennonite Women.
